The Wi-Fi, solved
Guests scan a code to join. No more "what's the Wi-Fi?" texts, or passwords taped to the fridge.
Beach Life greets guests by name, puts the Wi-Fi a scan away and answers house questions before they text you. Then it keeps them in the know: the flag, the tide, tonight's music and checkout time. You run it from your phone.

Why owners want one
A display on the counter that does the hosting you'd do if you were there.
Guests scan a code to join. No more "what's the Wi-Fi?" texts, or passwords taped to the fridge.
On arrival day it greets them with their dates, the checkout time and today's beach flag.
Your house guide, a tap away: the AC, pool bands, the beach gate, trash night. And on their phones, too.
The flag, rip risk, waves, tide and sunset, straight from the South Walton Fire District, NOAA and the National Weather Service.
Ideas for today change with the weather: beach spots when it's nice, indoor ideas when it rains. Your favorites come first.
From the day before, a banner counts down to checkout and opens your checklist. Guests tap a button to tell you they've left.
How a stay goes
Between stays it shows the beach, like the home version. When guests arrive, it becomes their host. Tap through a stay:
A sample stay: the house, the guests and the dates are made up. The places and shows are real.
Every answer, before they ask.
The Wi-Fi, the beach gate, trash night and the sunset.
Nothing to download
Any code on the display opens the guest's own page in their phone's browser: the Wi-Fi, your house guide, things to do, extras and your contacts. The link changes every stay and stops working at checkout.

For owners and managers
Add the calendar links from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com or your rental software. Beach Life knows who's arriving and when, and your own stays never get a welcome.
Start from our 30A template, change what's different about your place, and pin the three things guests forget.
Pool closed? Water off? Send a short note. It shows on the display until it ends.
Turn our 30A list's categories on or off, star your favorite spots and add your own.
Late checkout, chairs set up on the beach, a mid-stay clean. Guests ask, you answer, at your prices.
Each display has its own guide, calendar and Wi-Fi, all from the same phone.
Private by design
A device in a rental has to earn your guests' trust at a glance. Beach Life is built to know as little as it can.
There isn't one. Not hidden, not switched off: the display is built without one.
Rental units ship with the microphone taken off the board, so nothing can listen, whatever software runs on it.
It never shows guests' phone numbers, reservation details, or who stayed before or comes next.
After checkout, the name and stay details are erased, and the guest's phone link stops working.
Beach gate and pool codes show only while guests are there. Door and alarm codes never show.
An owner PIN guards Settings and the reset, so the display stays the way you set it.
Questions
Beach Life for rentals is in development now, starting with homes on 30A. Join early access and we'll be in touch as units become available.
We'll set pricing before the first units ship. Early-access owners hear it first.
No. They tap the screen, or scan a code that opens their page in the phone's browser. Nothing to download, no account.
Any calendar link (iCal) from Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Google or iCloud, and most rental software. Direct connections to property-management systems come later.
The display keeps the last forecast it had and works out the stay on its own, so the welcome and the checkout reminders still show up on time.
Never. Door and alarm codes stay in your booking messages. Shared codes, like the beach gate or the pool, show only during a stay, and only if you add them.
No. An owner PIN guards Settings and the reset.
Yes. One app runs every display, each with its own guide, calendar and Wi-Fi.
It shows everything the home version does (the tide, waves, flag, weather, events and sunset) and adds the guest features. Friends is turned off on rental units.
